Microtext Printing
Hot Foil Stamping is a printing technique that uses a metal die and heat to transfer a foil layer onto a surface, creating a shiny and attention-grabbing effect. In this process, the foil adheres to the surface under the influence of heat and pressure, often resulting in a metallic, glossy, or eye-catching appearance. It is widely used in luxury packaging, invitations, business cards, and special designs, adding both aesthetic appeal and a sense of prestige to products.
Cold Foil Stamping, on the other hand, is performed without the use of heat and typically offers a faster and more cost-effective alternative. In this method, an adhesive layer is pre-applied to the surface, and the foil is pressed onto it using pressure. Cold foil stamping is suitable for high-speed production processes and larger surfaces. While both methods produce visually striking and durable results, hot foil stamping is favored for intricate and luxurious projects, whereas cold foil stamping stands out for its cost-efficiency and rapid production capabilities
